Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at tech@ezproc.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: Sector 53, Gurgaon, 122022.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at tech@ezproc.in if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care/hygiene items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you’re unsure about eligibility, contact us at tech@ezproc.in.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
European Union customers: If your order ships to an EU address, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tech@ezproc.in.
