Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (if applicable, this will be shown at checkout).
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, public holidays, etc.).
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is enabled, delivery timelines and charges will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
